Chocolate Pudding Cake

This to-die-for moist pudding cake is a double layer of moist chocolate cake, filled with creamy chocolate pudding, made from scratch using premium quality chocolate and frosted with a chocolate cream. Incredibly light and moist.


Chocolate Zebra Cake

One of our most popular, this lip-smacking delight is built with layers of high-quality chocolate creations: the base starts with a high-quality Oreo cookie crumb crust, followed by layers of dark chocolate mousse, white chocolate mousse and dark chocolate ganouche with a white chocolate ganache feathered top.

Molten Chocolate Cake Towers
Using a combination of bittersweet and semisweet chocolates, we have created another chocolate dessert classic! The soft fudge center is sandwiched between other premium chocolate layers. Oh and did we tell you about the chocolates?!


Classic New York Cheesecake
Traditionally moist, dense, creamy, and cheesey. What else can we say? All baked on top of our Graham cracker crumb crust . Did we mention the scrumptious blueberry topping? Perfect to satisfy the cheesecake afficianado!

 


Chocolate Espresso Explosion
A cylinder of joy created by pairing premium dark and white chocolates with chocolate covered espresso beans will delight your taste buds. A layer of dark chocolate cake is followed by dark chocolate mousse, and then white chocolate mousse with chopped chocolate-covered espresso beans. An explosion of hand-shaved dark chocolate curls adorns the top.


Chocolate Pudding Cake
A "to die for" moist pudding cake! A double layer of moist chocolate cake is filled with creamy chocolate pudding, made from premium-quality chocolate, and frosted with chocolate cream. Incredibly light, creamy, and moist!

Luscious Lemon Cake

A moist triple layered cake consisting of sumptious vanilla cake layers and filled with a sweet and tart lemon cream. Our lemon cream is made with from-scrath lemon curd using fresh lemons. The cake creation is frosted with a special cream cheese frosting and freshly chopped walnuts garnish the side of the cake.



Deep Berries Brulee Tart
Luscious creme brluee is baked inside a butter short crust pastry dough. The filling is light, creamy, and delicious. Topped with an assortment of freshly glazed berries.


Pineapple-Carrot cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
The ever-popular comfort dessert food is made with all the right ingredients. The cake itself contains sweet and juicy carrots, crushed pineapple, fresh walnuts, and quality spices. Frosted generously with our cream cheese heaven. Freshly chopped walnuts garnish the side of this tasty creation.

 


Chocolate Mousse Tart
The combination of flavors and textures of this dessert will surely delight your taste buds. Immerse yourself in this delicious flaky and buttery tart shell filled with dark chocolate mousse, topped with light Cahntilly cream, ganache drizzle, and chocolate curls. This delecate combination of flavors and textures will create a memorable finale to your meal.

 


Banana Cream Tart
Freshly sliced bananas and our own pastery cream made from scratch using premuium-quality Tahitian vanilla beans are fille dinside our all-butter tart shells. Topped with sweet Vanilla Chantilly cream and a banana chip.
